We want you to love your order. Our products are sold through our Etsy shop, so returns and refunds follow the return policy shown on each Etsy listing.
Changed your mind?
If you’re in the UK, you usually have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Personalised or made-to-order items and digital downloads are exceptions. Message us on Etsy to start a return.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
We’re so sorry! Message us on Etsy or contact us here with a photo and we’ll put it right with a replacement or a refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
