Frequently asked questions
How do I buy something?
Everything in our shop is sold through our Etsy shop. Click "Buy on Etsy" on any product and you can pay safely with Etsy.
How much is delivery, and how long will it take?
Postage costs and delivery times are shown on each listing in our Etsy shop before you pay.
Can I return something?
Yes. Returns and refunds for Etsy orders follow the policies shown in our Etsy shop, and your rights under UK consumer law are not affected. Message us on Etsy or here and we'll help.
Can I use the printables in my classroom?
Absolutely! Free printables are fine for personal and classroom use. Paid printables are for the buyer’s own home or classroom. Please don’t share or resell the files.
Do you collect information about children?
No. Kids’ Corner has no forms or sign-ups, and our shop and newsletter are for adults only.
